The processing process in our factory goes through several high-tech stages:
The raw material passes through air sieve separators and gravity tables to separate dust, light seeds, and impurities. It is then calibrated using specialized sieves that separate the seeds by size for homogeneity and compliance with customer requirements.
Specialized machines are used to carefully remove the husks from the lentils and sunflower seeds. The result is a kernel with excellent structure and high purity.
The product is polished with water, which improves its appearance and removes small residues. It then passes through an optical sorter, which automatically removes defective grains and foreign elements.
The finished product is packaged in bags ranging from 5 to 500 kg or in big bags. The process is fully automated and includes precise dosing and weight control.
